What is a private session like?
That's up to you!
We'll work together to figure out your goals and decide on the best course of action.
Sessions will be different for everyone, and we'll continue to adjust our approach as you progress.
Why should I train Martial Arts?

Will I get hurt?

While fighting itself can cause some injuries, fight training has a strong emphasis on safety.
All sparring is optional, and consideration will be taken on a case by case basis.
You won't be thrown into anything you aren't ready for!
What if I've never trained before?

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to start training on a mountain top as a child--I've seen people of all ages accomplish amazing things through martial arts!
The best day to start is today (depending on my availability).
